My fiance, Collin made us some home made sushi!
It’s funny to think about a little over a year ago he was telling me how much he hated sushi and now he is making it on his own. I suppose we have Wasabi Restaurant in Buffalo to thank for this (Delicious Sushi joint). Inside the sushi is cucumber, avocado, crab (real lump crab, not imitation) and cream cheese / the Sashimi is rice with shrimp. Although, they are not rolled perfectly like a Japanese Master would, they tasted perfect!
